We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under the CPRA (i.e., to provide the Service, to prevent fraud and security incidents, and as otherwise permitted by law). We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

To the extent we collect any information that qualifies as sensitive under the CPRA (such as account credentials during login), we limit its use to what is necessary to provide the requested service.

6. Your California Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA and CPRA:

Right to Know

You have the right to request that we disclose to you: (a) the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; (b) the categories of sources from which we collected it; (c) our business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing it; and (d) the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive the personal information we have collected about you in a portable, readily usable format, to the extent technically feasible.

Right to Correction

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you, taking into account the nature of the information and the purpose for which we process it.

Right to Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, information we need to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, comply with a legal obligation, or exercise free speech rights).

Right to Opt Out of Sale / Sharing

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information with third parties. We may sell or share Category A (identifiers) and Category F (internet activity) data with advertising and analytics partners. To opt out, click the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our footer or submit a request through our Privacy Request Form.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

You have the right to direct us to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Service. We do not currently use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond providing the Service, so this right is automatically satisfied for most users.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.

7. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your California privacy rights, you may:

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days of receipt. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the extension in writing. We will respond free of charge, up to twice per 12-month period.

We are required to verify your identity before fulfilling any request. We will verify requests by matching information you provide with information we have on file. For deletion requests, we may require a higher degree of verification.

If we deny your request, you may appeal within 45 days of receiving our decision using our Appeal Form. We will respond to appeals within 60 days.
