AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Push Start Go makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You assume all risk associated with using AI-generated content.

This content is not legal or tax advice and does not create an attorney-client or professional relationship. Laws and regulations change frequently; always verify information with official government sources and consult a licensed professional.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Push Start Go a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Is defamatory, harassing, or harmful
• Contains spam or misleading information

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUSH START GO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
