Subscription & Purchase Terms

These Subscription & Purchase Terms (“Purchase Terms”) govern the purchase of any paid plan, subscription, or feature made available through PushStartGo.com (the “Website”) by Push Start Go LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). These Purchase Terms are part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Use. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to these Purchase Terms in addition to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If anything in these Purchase Terms conflicts with the Refund & Cancellation Policy on how refunds and cancellations work, the Refund & Cancellation Policy controls.

We offer a free plan and several paid subscription plans (each, a “Plan”). The Plans, features, and prices available as of the Effective Date above are described on our pricing page and at checkout. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are current as of the Effective Date, but we may change them as described in “Price Changes” below. The price, billing interval (monthly or annual), and features presented to you at checkout govern your purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. When you enter your card details, they are submitted directly to Stripe through a secure, hosted form. We do not receive, process, or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code on our servers. We receive and store only a payment token and limited transaction information (such as the last four digits of your card and approval status) sufficient to bill you for future charges as described below. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Stripe's own privacy practices are described at stripe.com/privacy.

Paid Plans automatically renew until you cancel. Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your Plan will automatically renew at the end of that period, monthly if you are on a monthly Plan or annually if you are on an annual Plan, and we will automatically charge the payment method on file the then-current price for your Plan and billing interval, without further authorization from you.

• Other than the reminder described below for free trials, we do not send a separate notice before each renewal charge.
• You can view your current Plan, renewal date, and billing interval, and cancel or change your Plan, at any time from the Billing page (Manage subscription).
• If your payment method fails, see “Failed Payments” below.
• Cancelling stops future renewal charges. It does not refund charges already made, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Some Plans (currently, the Pro Plan) may be offered with a free trial period. If you start a free trial, we will ask you for a payment method when you sign up, even though you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, we will automatically charge your payment method the regular price for the Plan and billing interval (monthly or annual) you selected when you started the trial, and your Plan will continue to renew automatically as described above. You can cancel a free trial at any time before it ends from the Billing page (Manage subscription), and you will not be charged.

We may change the price of a Plan at any time. A price change will not affect a billing period you have already paid for, and will only take effect at your next renewal. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice of a price increase before it applies to your renewal. Continuing to use a Plan after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

If a renewal charge is declined, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over the following billing cycles. If, after repeated attempts, we are still unable to collect payment, we will cancel your Plan and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You can update your payment method at any time from the Billing page to avoid an interruption.

You can cancel your Plan at any time from the Billing page (Manage subscription), or by contacting us at support@pushstartgo.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Depending on your Plan type and when you cancel, you may keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Purchase Terms by reference.

We may offer discount codes, promotional pricing, or other offers from time to time. Unless otherwise stated when the offer is made, a discount code applies only to the first charge on the Plan it is redeemed for, and your Plan will renew afterward at the regular price for that Plan and billing interval. Discount codes and promotional offers have no cash value, may not be combined unless we say otherwise, may be limited to a single use per person or account, and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued by us at any time without notice, except with respect to a charge already made.

Prices displayed do not include applicable sales, use, or similar taxes unless we say otherwise. Where required by law, we will calculate and add applicable taxes to your charge, and you are responsible for paying them.

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate your account while the dispute is pending. If a chargeback is later found to be unwarranted, we may re-bill the amount and any associated fees, and may restrict your ability to use the Website in the future. We encourage you to contact us at support@pushstartgo.com before disputing a charge with your bank so we can help resolve it directly.

We may revise these Purchase Terms from time to time in our sole discretion, in the same manner described in our Terms of Use. Changes will not apply retroactively to charges already made. Your continued use of a paid Plan after a revised version is posted means you accept the changes.

These Purchase Terms are governed by, and subject to the dispute resolution procedures in, the “Governing Law and Jurisdiction” and “Arbitration” sections of our Terms of Use.
