Refund & Cancellation Policy

Push Start Go LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) wants you to be satisfied with your subscription. This policy describes your options for cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly subscription, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.

To cancel, go to Billing → Manage subscription or contact us at support@pushstartgo.com.

If you purchase an annual subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at support@pushstartgo.com with the subject line “Annual Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

If you cancel an annual subscription after the 30-day window, we do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused months. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the annual billing period.

If you begin a free trial and cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. No payment information is required to start a trial unless explicitly stated at the time of signup.

If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your chosen plan will begin and your payment method will be charged. Trial-to-paid conversions are subject to the cancellation terms described above for your plan type (monthly or annual).

You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

• In-app: Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel subscription
• Email: support@pushstartgo.com

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the account has violated our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
